By accessing or using Inklora.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use the Site.

- Upload viruses or malicious code.

All content on Inklora.com, including prompts, designs, logos, and software, is the property of Inklora or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

2. TERMS FOR BUYERS/USERS
2.1 Purchasing Prompts
Buyers may browse, purchase, and download prompts or creative assets. When you purchase a prompt, you receive a license to use it for personal or commercial purposes (as specified), but you do not gain ownership of the original content unless explicitly stated.
2.2 Payment & Fees
Buyers must pay the listed price plus any applicable taxes or fees at checkout. Payments are processed via our secure third-party payment providers.
2.3 Refund Policy
All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. If a purchase is defective or misrepresented, you may contact support at info@inklora.com.
2.4 Licensing & Usage Rights
Each prompt listing must clearly state the usage rights granted (personal, commercial, exclusive, etc.). By purchasing, you agree to abide by the licensing terms set by the seller.
2.5 Prohibited Actions
- Reselling or redistributing purchased prompts without permission.
- Misrepresenting the prompt as your own original work.
- Using prompts for illegal, harmful, or defamatory projects.
3. TERMS FOR SELLERS
3.1 Eligibility
To sell on Inklora, you must apply for and receive seller approval. Inklora reserves the right to reject or terminate sellers at its discretion.
3.2 Prompt Listings
Sellers are responsible for:
- Creating accurate, original, and lawful prompt content.
- Clearly stating licensing terms (personal use, commercial use, exclusivity, etc.).
- Setting their own prices, subject to marketplace guidelines.
3.3 Content Ownership
Sellers retain ownership of their content but grant Inklora a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, market, and sell the content through the Site.
3.4 Commission & Payouts
Inklora takes a commission on each sale (percentage disclosed during seller onboarding). Payouts are made monthly via the payment method provided in your account, subject to minimum payout thresholds and applicable transaction fees.
3.5 Content Restrictions
Sellers may not upload content that:
- Infringes on third-party intellectual property.
- Contains hate speech, adult content, or illegal material.
- Is plagiarized, AI-generated without disclosure, or misleading.
3.6 Refunds & Disputes
If a buyer disputes a purchase, Inklora will investigate the issue. If the content is found to be misrepresented or defective, a refund may be issued, and the corresponding earnings may be reversed from the seller.
3.7 Taxes
Sellers are responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on their income from Inklora.
4. SITE RULES & COMMUNITY CONDUCT
You agree to:
- Be respectful to other users.
- Follow all platform rules, updates, and announcements.
- Not engage in fraud, manipulation, or abuse of the platform or its users.
Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account.
5. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause or notice, particularly for violations of these Terms or applicable laws.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Inklora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Inklora in the preceding 12 months.
7. DISCLAIMER
The Site and all content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Inklora does not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
8. CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting them on this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
